On Display

On Display activities are special interest exhibitions which will be showcased throughout the Forum.

The History Corner

This exhibition of posters on the History of Neuroscience is organised by the FENS History Committee. It is the perfect place to learn more about the history of European brain sciences, rest while reading posters, grab a history magnet or discover the FENS History Committee's new project: the European Brain Museum.

On the occasion of FENS' 20th anniversary, the corner is divided into two sections. In the first section, the grant winners of the History online projects call 2017 present their works. The second section is dedicated to FENS' Member Societies. In order to celebrate Europe as the cradle of neuroscience, each member society has been invited to create a poster on the history of brain sciences in their country.

Please find here all poster abstracts, which will be displayed at the History Corner.

The Brain Awareness Week (BAW) Corner

Brain Awareness Week (BAW) is the global campaign to increase public awareness of the progress and benefits of brain research. Discover how Europe celebrated the brain during the Brain Awareness Week in 2017 and 2018 through a selection of posters featuring the activities carried out by the awardees of FENS and the Dana Alliance.

NENS Graduate School Fair & Best Students' Posters

Host: FENS-CHET (NENS)
Contact person: Mihaela Vincze
Email: nens@fens.org

The Network of European Neuroscience Schools (NENS) brings together over 160 graduate neuroscience  schools and programmes across approximately 30 European countries.

MSc and PhD neuroscience school programmes will present themselves during the NENS Graduate School Fair throughout the FENS Forum 2018.

We are looking forward to welcome you to the NENS Fair, which provides you with the opportunity to get detailed insights into the graduate neuroscience programmes attending the Fair.
Further, you will have the chance to see the work of the students enrolled in these graduate schools: the best 10 selected posters of the school programmes registered with NENS will be displayed as well at the Fair.

Students are particularly encouraged to visit the NENS Fair area.

Be there at the official NENS fair session taking place on 10 July from 3 pm to 5 pm: the time when all school representatives and selected students will be there to present their programmes and work and answer your questions.

Venue: Berlin CityCube, Exihition Area, Hall 4.2
